Our Athlete Talk event is an event where students are bussed to TIAA Bank Field for the day. The day starts with a behind the scenes tour of the stadium. Throughout the tour, various careers in sports are highlighted to the students from concessionaires, field maintenance, media, etc.
Following the tour, we bring in a panel of student-athletes from local colleges including Edward Waters College, Jacksonville University, the University of Florida and University of North Florida where they discuss what life is like as a student-athlete. The students get a glimpse into their daily schedules, the importance of education and making good choices throughout life.
