everyday to… an actual runway

Last night I took part in the amazing 5th anniversary of Kaboodle. Women’s Wear Daily wrote an amazing piece about the site itself as well as a mention of their anniversary event here. The event, a part of Internet week, included a runway show featuring bloggers, influencers, as well as 5 winners from a Kaboodle style board contest. Despite being only 5’4″, never walking a runway in my life, and an intense “skill” of clumsiness I decided to accept the offer to be a part of this show. Luckily for me a few friends, like Katy of Sugar Laws, Meghan of Wit and Whimsy, and a new friend, Taylor of Shut Up I Love That Shirt on You were there as well to keep me laughing and snap a few photos or two!

 

Here are a few behind the scenes photos of the night…

Racks of clothes, shoes, accessories- all provided by Bloomingdale’s.

Going for bronzed skin, a neutral eye with big lashes, and a pop of lip color…

The finished product! Absolutely loved the accessories, especially the Coach wedges!

Elle of Paul Labrecque Salon did amazing beachy-esque waves, wish she could do my hair every day!

Loved Katy’s sequin dress, so her!
