Fashion Feature: GAP

GAP, is a classic. It’s been around forever, known for it’s rows and rows of classic denim. But in the past few years, I’ve only visited GAP when I’ve needed basics. Their perfect loose, light white tees are my obsession. I recently went into GAP when a window piece caught my eye and I was pleasantly surprised by the color, patterns, shape of the items inside. Neon-lined tanks, ikat scarves, colorblocked totes. GAP’s days of solely white, black, and khaki are gone.

I ended up leaving the store with a two-toned chevron maxi dress, grey + neon lime tank, bright slouchy pants, and a wish list of even more. Deals, sales, and well-priced items made it an affordable and fashionable trip. Luckily for me, they still have their basics but they’re updated and the fit is much more flattering than it has been in the past. Here are a few items from their website I’m loving:

But trust me, you want to go in their stores. Even the chevron dress above is the one I bought in stores for half the listed price on the website. I’m totally craving these dark wash casually destroyed denim, the nautical inspired wedges, the perfect two-toned tote. It’s a store we all know and love, and should be putting back into our shopping day rotations! Click the set above for pricing information.
