As you probably know by now, I’m moving to Hawaii. But the countdown is on, t-11 days! My closet is overflowing and sadly I’ll be downsizing in closet space. I haven’t figured out whether it’s due to my impending move to island life, or the fact that I’ve been battling health issues recently but I have been LIVING in oversized pants. I found this pair from Anthropologie and immediately purchased the blue pair. A week after receiving them I went back and promptly purchased the pink pair!

I went for the petite size as I wanted them cropped and they’re the perfect length for this 5’4″ girl. They’ve been so easy to throw on over the weekend with a denim jacket and yet I can dress them up with a white blazer just as easily. I see them being the perfect post-beach pair as well!

I love the bold print and these are a bit pricier for a not-so-often wear. I’ve also picked up a few pairs from Zara in a basic black trouser fabric or H&M in all white and a palm tree print (for a steal).

Especially since my mom lives in Hawaii, it makes me feel like I have a little piece of home with me all of the time!

The Supply System has perfected the shirt dress. The slim fitting torso area flares out into the most flattering a-line skirt. The pressed material can be packed and worn without ironing. And the bright colors and light fabric scream Spring. I have been living in mine since receiving it and already want to buy at least one more.
